Have you received my return? It takes around 10-16 working days for us to receive and process your return. As soon as your return is registered and processed at our warehouse, we will refund you the purchase amount and notify you via email. Sometimes the reminder is sent out before the payment has had time to be registered. In that case, you can ignore the reminder. When will I be charged? When paying with credit card, the full purchase amount of your order is reserved on your bank account. The amount will be debited from your card once the order is shipped.
For invoice payments via Klarna, you will receive an invoice directly from Klarna with 30 days to pay. If you have chosen payment in 3 installments, the first installment will be charged to your card when we ship your order, and the next two installments will be automatically charged 30 and 60 days after the first installment, respectively.
